Semi truck stuck after load falls on cab

As discussed during the dispatch call, a semi truck became stuck in the northbound lane near East Devils Lake Road along the Oregon Coast Highway after part of its load fell onto the cab. Emergency units were dispatched to assist and clear the roadway.
