Dog locked in parked car in Nescopeck

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews and state police were dispatched to a report of a dog locked in a vehicle near the intersection of West 5th Street and Broad Street in Nescopeck Borough. Rescue units were later canceled while state police continued to respond.
