Child called 911 reporting being beaten near North Pearl Street in New Albany

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to North Pearl Street after a 911 hang-up in which a child reportedly said, "Please help me, he's beating me," before disconnecting. Dispatch said the location was based on a cell phone plot/ping and noted yelling consistent with a possible domestic dispute, with prior incidents at the same area.
