Man found lying on sidewalk unable to speak

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a possible medical emergency near the 200 block of North Whitaker Street in New Buffalo, where a man was reported lying on the sidewalk and unable to speak. A priority two medical check was requested to assess his condition.
