Woman with lupus falls and has speech difficulty

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call near Social Hall Road in New Canton for a 37-year-old woman who reportedly fell and then had trouble speaking and focusing her eyes. She was reported to have a history of lupus, and a medic unit was en route with an estimated arrival of about 20 minutes.
