Abandoned vessel left at New Castle Common

As discussed during the dispatch call, rescue and police units were sent to the New Castle Common for a possible abandoned vessel reported by the Coast Guard. Officers later spoke with the vessel’s owner, and it was allowed to remain in place until the tide comes back in. A separate call from Phillipswood Road involved screaming before the line disconnected, and units were sent to check the situation.
