Woman taking photos of cars and making gestures

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a woman standing by the roadside near Demers Mill Road and the Jeremy Lane Club area, possibly near a local school, where she was taking pictures of vehicles and making obscene hand gestures toward passing drivers.
