Transformer explosion downs lines and blocks Ross Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a transformer that apparently exploded near Ross Road, bringing down a tree and power lines and blocking both lanes. The lines were reported to be arcing, and transportation and power crews were notified.
