Suspicious vehicle with light bar in neighborhood

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious Durango with a light bar on top in a neighborhood near Maloney Road in the town of Scott. When someone confronted the occupants, they reportedly became verbally aggressive.
