Report of intoxicated driver leaving New Franklin store

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible intoxicated driver who bought and drank beer in the parking lot of a store in New Franklin before driving northbound away from the area in a blue pickup truck a few minutes earlier.
