Possible overdose of man slumped in black SUV at music store

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible overdose involving a man slumped over the wheel of a black SUV near a music store on Seneca Turnpike in New Hartford. Police on scene later reported it as a routine call.
