Young woman exposed to white powder overdose

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews in New Hartford responded to a possible overdose involving a 19-year-old woman who reportedly touched a white powder while in a gray Toyota Camry in a parking lot near Kellogg Avenue. Law enforcement and an ambulance were dispatched to the scene.
