Trespassing and disturbance in parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible trespassing and disturbance involving a man yelling at people in the parking lot of a local American Legion hall on Highway 100. The reporting party remained inside and did not see the man directly, and it was unclear if he was still on scene.
