Woman thought unresponsive found alive at residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a location near Hayden Road and Altona Avenue in New Holstein for a report of an apparently unresponsive woman in a vehicle. The reporting friend believed the woman had died in the car after they went out the previous night. The situation changed when the caller later reported that the woman walked out of a nearby residence, and officers were requested to clarify the circumstances.
