Child rescued after brief drowning in county park

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a county park on County Road Five Northwest for a possible drowning involving a young child who had been underwater briefly. Lifeguards pulled the child from the water, and the child was reported to be breathing afterward.
