Unresponsive person reported at residence in New London

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a home in New London for a possible unresponsive person reported by a third party. The caller believed the person was inside the residence but had very little information. EMS, fire responders, and a deputy were dispatched as a precaution, and it was not clear whether the situation involved any additional hazards.
