As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspected drunk driver in a white work van with ladders on top, traveling north on Highway 61 near New London. The caller reported the driver was holding a beer and having difficulty maintaining speed at about 50 miles per hour behind a green semi pulling a box trailer.
