Domestic disturbance reported in New London

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible non-physical domestic dispute near West 63rd Street in New London, involving a man reportedly yelling outside with a history of mental health issues. A deputy and a trooper were sent, and the man may have left northbound on Highway 61. The responding units were later advised they could disregard.
