Unconscious woman found breathing on Clinton Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units responded to a report of an unconscious adult woman found face down on the floor inside a location near Clinton Street off County Road 46 in the New Paris area. Radio traffic indicated uncertainty about her breathing at first, and she later appeared to be unconscious and vomiting.
