Child suffers broken arm at Monroe Elementary ball fields

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services responded to Monroe Elementary School near Laurel Lindale Road for a nine-year-old male with a possible broken arm from a baseball incident. The child was conscious and breathing and was walking toward the school entrance near Franklin Laurel Road by the buses.
