Report of assault and vehicle damage with baby involved

As discussed during the dispatch call, multiple 911 calls reported an assault and that a baby was taken near 5th Ave E. Units also reported a vehicle windshield was damaged after a fire extinguisher was thrown at it. A suspect was named over the radio (name withheld), and other agencies were notified.
