Woman with chest pain en route to hospital after flight delay

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were sent to meet a vehicle near the intersection of New Underwood Road and the interstate for a 49-year-old woman with a history of open-heart surgery who was conscious and breathing but having possible chest pain that may indicate a heart attack. Responders were looking for a maroon Subaru with passenger-side damage where the patient was waiting. A medical helicopter crew reportedly attempted to take off but could not due to weight limits, so the flight crew and patient were instead transported by ground toward a medical facility in Rapid City.
