Unwitnessed incident: unresponsive person; possible gunshot sound and handgun reported nearby

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to an unwitnessed call near Denings Road for an unresponsive person. The caller reported hearing what sounded like a gunshot and later said a handgun was visible nearby. CPR instructions were provided; EMS staged and was later advised they could enter.
