As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of a person on the southbound express subway tracks near East 86th Street and Lexington Avenue on the IRT 4/5/6 line. EMS and fire units checked the area, and it was later reported that no one was on the tracks, with the situation possibly involving a person on the nearby platform instead.
