Caller reporting he's an employee of NYSeg went to serve a past due notice on an account. Male subject at that location pulled a knife on him, pointed it toward him. When he handed the female the notice, the male then stabbed the knife into the railing. He did not make contact with the Knifeg employee. Unsure of their names, however the account name is in the CAD notes. He will be awaiting law enforcement arrival at a separate location. He's in a white Chevy Equinox marked NYSig vehicle. Caller is now at 2784 West Creek Road awaiting your arrival.
