Passenger in labor bleeding heavily in vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers attempted to stop a vehicle that initially did not pull over on Route 31 near a county health facility. The caller reported a passenger in labor and bleeding heavily. The vehicle eventually stopped near a Walmart, EMS was requested, and officers followed the vehicle to a hospital for further medical care.
