Two-vehicle crash blocks northbound lane on FM 718

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a possible two-vehicle collision near FM 718 and County Road 4849 in Newark. One vehicle was reported to be blocking the northbound lane, and another had moderate damage after hitting a fence. Medics attended to at least one individual on the ground.
