Possible domestic dispute near Newburgh Heights apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a possible family disturbance at an apartment in the Newburgh Heights area. An anonymous caller reported hearing a male and a woman yelling, with the woman screaming "don’t hurt me." Officers were sent to check an upstairs unit believed to be apartment B or G above another apartment.
