Assistance transferring inmate after vehicle breakdown

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported request for help on eastbound I-80 near Newcastle. A vehicle transporting an inmate apparently had a flat tire and needed assistance transferring the inmate to another transport for delivery to the Auburn jail. The situation appears to involve only transport logistics and not a new crime.
