Elderly man unable to get out of bed after fall

As discussed during the dispatch call, an ambulance was dispatched to near North Fulton Street in Newell for an 89-year-old male who may have fallen and is unable to get out of bed. The man's condition appears to be worsening but he is conscious and breathing.
