Man cut after altercation near Tuckerman

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible medical emergency in the Tuckerman area near Jackson 43 after a physical altercation. A male victim appeared to have a cut on his left side, and first responders and the sheriff’s office were sent while the suspected assailant had already left the area.
