Elevator stuck between floors in Newport News building

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews worked on a possible stuck elevator in a multi‑story building, shutting off and then restoring power to free the car. Around the same time, units were dispatched to a commercial fire alarm at a business on Jefferson Avenue near 27th and 28th streets.
