Retail theft suspect flees Derby Walmart in black van

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch issued a BOLO for a suspected retail theft involving a woman who reportedly stole items from a Walmart in Derby and left in a black van with temporary tags. Units in the St. Albans and Enosburg areas were advised she may frequent those locations and that there was about a 15-minute delay from the time of the incident.
