Carbon monoxide alarm with ill occupant in Newport

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and ambulance crews were dispatched to an apartment on Third Street in Newport for a possible carbon monoxide alarm, where a smoke detector that also functions as a CO alarm was sounding and an occupant reported feeling lightheaded and evacuated.
