Man having seizure at Northern State Correctional Facility

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to Northern State Correctional Facility for a reported medical emergency involving a 29-year-old man having a seizure and described as semi-conscious. Police also responded to the prison in Newport.
