Disabled smoking vehicle blocks traffic in Newton

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a broken-down vehicle that is smoking and may have radiator problems. The vehicle is stopped in the middle of traffic on the north side of the courthouse, near a Circle K in Newton, and appears to be causing a traffic obstruction. Law enforcement and city personnel are being notified to respond and clear the roadway.
