Ducklings trapped in storm drain on Chestnut Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and firefighters responded near Chestnut and Washington Streets for ducklings trapped in a storm drain, with the adult duck in the road. Crews also investigated a possible fire alarm at a residential building on California Street.
