Disabled truck with failed brakes needs tow

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers coordinated with a tow company to assist a heavily loaded truck whose air and engine brakes apparently failed while traveling southbound near the 18 mile marker and later towed it toward a truck stop in Catawba County.
