Gas line break caused by construction crew in Nibley

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews, including Engine 80, are responding to a reported gas line break in Nibley after construction equipment apparently struck a small residential gas pipe. Separate medical units were also dispatched to a reported fall at an apartment on North 400 East.
