Report of man yelling from barn and telling someone to call 911

As discussed during the dispatch call, caller reported hearing a male yelling from a barn and telling someone to call 911 near IA-22 in Nichols. Dispatch advised the subject has prior history of “1096” and is known to carry “1032s.”
