Elderly woman asleep in car at bank parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was conducted on an elderly female sleeping in her vehicle near Broadway and Fifth Third Bank. She was asked to leave after waking but appeared to fall back asleep. Concern was raised about the outside temperature and the vehicle being off with windows closed.
