Reckless driving complaint for burgundy minivan

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the area near a Panera by a mall for a report of a burgundy minivan driving recklessly. The elderly male driver was reportedly drifting out of lanes and trying to pass traffic. The vehicle was later found in the area, and there was a minor crash reported nearby with no injuries.
