As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 hang-up related to a possible domestic dispute in a vehicle near East Windsor Road in the town of Colesville. A woman was reportedly yelling to be let out of the vehicle while a man said he was taking her to her mother for safety. The call disconnected while plotting to that area, and there is a possible related address on Tannery Road.
