As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were dispatched Code 3 to a business near North Thompson Avenue and West 10th Street in Nipomo for a reported 55-year-old man who was unconscious in a vehicle. It was unknown if he was breathing or if CPR was being performed, and the reporting party was not at the scene.
