Unconscious elderly woman with breathing trouble in Norco

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible medical emergency involving an elderly woman at a residence near Clayton Drive and 8th Street in Norco. The individual was reported to be unconscious and having difficulty breathing. EMS and the local volunteer fire department were dispatched to assist.
