Woman banned from property asking for money

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported disorderly woman near a business on Chesapeake Boulevard. She had reportedly been banned from the property, was asking people for money, and appeared to be walking toward a nearby pizza restaurant.
