Motorcycle rider found sitting with head down on shoulder

As discussed during the dispatch call, a motorcycle was reportedly on the outside shoulder near northbound I-35 at Indian Hills in Norman. The rider was seen sitting beside the motorcycle with head between legs. Emergency medical services were advised to be en route. Later updates indicated the motorcycle continued northbound and was nearly at 34th Street.
