As discussed during the dispatch call, a motorcycle was reported stopped on the outside shoulder of I-35 northbound near Indian Hills. Initial reports described the rider as a female sitting beside the bike, but later appeared to be a male who was up and looking around. Emergency medical services were alerted but may not be required.
