Suspicious person reported on Chase Ave porch

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a residence near Chase Avenue for a suspicious person complaint. A caller requested that officers review video after a man reportedly walked onto her porch, through the hallway, and up to her door while on his phone before leaving toward Hospital Avenue.
