Man reported spitting on car during dispute

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near the (number withheld) block of Shady Lane for a reported disorderly incident where a man allegedly spit on a woman’s car. Both individuals and the motorcycle were still at the scene when officers were dispatched.
